A Care Plan means I look after your website once it's live. I keep it hosted, updated and running, and make changes when you need them, so you don't have to think about it. It's optional and month to month, for owners who'd rather spend their time on the business.

What does a Care Plan cover?

Hosting, so your site stays online
Updates and security checks
Changes when you need them, such as new photos, prices or opening hours
Direct access to me, not a ticket system

Do I have to take a Care Plan?

No. You can take the website and look after it yourself. A Care Plan is there if you'd rather I looked after it for you.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Care Plans are month to month and you can cancel any time with 30 days' notice.

Common questions

Small changes are included if you're on a Care Plan. If you're not, I'll always tell you the cost before doing any work.

Possibly. It depends how it was built. I'll take a look as part of the free audit and tell you honestly.

Yes. Your website, domain and content belong to you whether or not you have a Care Plan.
