Missed-call text back

Missed-call text back sends an automatic text to anyone whose call you couldn't answer. The caller hears from you straight away, knows you'll get back to them and can reply by text. It suits busy owners who are often with a customer, driving or working when the phone rings.

What is missed-call text back?

It's a simple automation that watches for calls you don't pick up. When one comes in, it sends the caller a short message you've agreed in advance, such as: "Sorry I missed you. What can I help with? I'll get back to you shortly."

How does it work?

  1. Someone rings your business and you can't answer.
  2. A text goes to their number automatically, in your words.
  3. They can reply with what they need, so you have the details when you call back.
  4. You get a note of the missed call and any reply, so nothing slips through.

Who is it for?

Anyone who can't always get to the phone. If a missed call usually means the customer rings the next business on their list, this gives you a better chance of keeping them.

Will it sound like a robot?

No. I'll write the message with you so it sounds like you, and it only sends once per missed call.
